More than 300 mil turnover via M-objednavka

Approach:

M-objednavka is not a regular e-shop. B2B customers have their routine baskets which are being re-used to create future purchases and there is a small upsell part in this buying process. After proof of concept during the pilot we continued to use the Personalization engine to further increase our revenue and use Personalization on more positions within M-Objednavka.

Results:

+9 -12%% increase in revenue – in turnover more than TENS of MILLIONS  increase monthly.

17,5% of total turnover comming from Personalization – in value more than 50+ mil Kč monthly.
